About this Event
Join us for a 2-hour interactive workshop designed to help you move from feeling anxious to feeling assured in social situations. Through creative art-making, somatic check-ins, and guided group activities, you’ll explore how social anxiety shows up in your body and mind, and practise practical tools to feel calmer and more confident.
This experiential session provides a safe space to try gentle social exposures, build awareness of your “window of tolerance,” and leave with strategies you can use right away in daily life. It also offers a taster experience for our upcoming Social Anxiety Support Group.
What you’ll gain:
- Greater understanding of social anxiety in everyday life
- Hands-on experience with grounding and breathing practices
- Confidence through small, safe social exposures
- Creative ways to express and regulate emotions
- Practical steps to navigate social interactions with ease
