CALLING ALL SUPERHEROS! I am thrilled to introduce the very first session of our new Calm & Coping Anxiety Workshop series - Anxiety Superhero Training Camp!
This 4-part series is designed to support every stage of life, from elementary school to middle school, high school, and adulthood, by giving each age group the tools to manage anxiety with confidence.
Our first workshop focuses on elementary-aged kids who struggle with anxiety and overwhelm, helping them understand anxiety, teaching tools to fight worries, and offering parents their own guides and training camp to help support their heroes. Superheroes will leave camp with an awesome cape and a toolbox to use when they are ready to fight the worries!
