My name is Cynthia Coufal. I was a school counselor for 25 years, a SPED teacher for 6, and now I am a teen anxiety coach. I also work with parents and educators to help everyone understand anxiety.
No appointment needed.

Each month, I will choose a different coffee shop and hours to be there. This month, I chose BeanHeads from 3:00 PM-5:00 PM.
