In this workshop you'll learn how to feel calmer and more present within yourself. You'll gain simple, easy to follow tips and tools to practice, that will help you manage anxieties & neural diversity.You need not necessarily be on the neural diversity spectrum, however we all experience anxiety at various times in life, so anyone can attend.
This workshop is a judgement free zone and you will not be asked to disclose your reasons for attending, unless you chose to do so.
During the time we have, we will learn and practice together:
● Learning why these practices will help you on an emotional, mental, spiritual and physical level
● Partaking in Self Soothing practices, as a group, during the session, which you will be invited to participate in
● Leaving with techniques to takeaway as toolkit for life
