Antioch Missionary Baptist Church In-Person Worship - OPEN T0 THE PUBLIC

We are glad that we can finally come together as a congregation for Worship Service at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Due to COVID-19, space will be limited. Registration will be limited to the first 40 persons who register in advance. You may register up to five (5) guests in your immediate household under the same ticket order. Duplicate or multiple registrations for tickets with the same same and contact information are subject to cancellation. Please submit accurate contact information for each person you register. Submission of correct registration information is a vital part of or Safety Protocols for social distance seating in the sanctuary, as well as conducting contact tracing should the need arise.If you are resistering others in your household, each person in your household must agree to adhere to the Safety Protocols and Liability Release Form. Remember each registrant(s) must have confirmation of registration to be admitted.

NOTE: YOU MUST REGISTER TO ATTEND IN-PERSON WORSHIP SERVICE EACH WEEK.

DO NOT REGISTER OR ATTEND THESE SERVICES IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OR ACKNOWLEDGE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW. THE SAFETY PROTOCOLS LISTED BELOW ARE IN EFFECT IN FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFTEY OF OTHER WORSHIPPERS.

By registering to attend these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following wellness and safety protocols:

• If you have come into direct contact with anyone with COVID-19 or if you are waiting on a COVID-19 test result, we ask that you decline attendance.
• If you have traveled outside of the United States within the seven days prior to this event and you are not fully vaccinated, we ask that you do not attend.
• If you have a cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, any flu-like or allergy symptoms or have a fever, we ask that you decline attendance.
• Hands must be sanitized upon entering.
• Masks are required and must be worn during the worship service. Face Shields, bandanas, and scarfs are not allowed. A face mask will be provided at check-in if you do not have one.
• Social distancing is required.
• We encourage you to avoid physical contact with others. We ask that do not hug, shake hands, or fist bump. Give Air Hugs and Wave!
• Following the directions of the Ushers and/or Church leadership is expected to facilitate efficient seating and movement within the facility.
• We ask that you do not sing so that respiratory droplet saturation is minimized as much as possible.
• Show proof of registration at Check-in.
