About this Event
This class is designed for ages 25 and up.These classes include a mixture of Indian flavors and herbs to help reduce inflammation in your body naturally. This helps with pain, stress, energy, sleep.
Inflammation is associated with pain, swelling, and redness. Reducing inflammation can alleviate these symptoms and improve mobility.
As my mother and my grandmother taught me to cook for healing, I love to share the wisdom with others for better tasting, gluten free healing food.
We will meet once a month from June through October on the 3rd Fridays of the month in the evening.
Registration is Required!! A $5 fee saves your seat, upon attendance you will get a $5 HWFC Gift Card. No shows & Cancellations forfeit their gift cards.
