Paul combines operational, real-world experience from the 2nd Commando Regiment with a deep martial-arts lineage (multiple black belts and instructor credentials) and instructional work for defence organisations. He doesn’t teach hypotheticals — he translates what actually happens in violent encounters into realistic threat recognition, decision frameworks and simple, repeatable tactics that work for civilians, families and professionals alike.
