About Aerial Yoga Experience

Elevate your practice in this beginner-friendly, step-by-step aerial workshop. Safety comes first as our experienced instructor guides you through hammock-supported postures, offering modifications for all levels. Toward the end of the session, we dive into our signature calm-mind practice to reset your body and mind - leaving you with a lasting sense of energy and balance.

Dress Code

Wear any comfortable clothing that will permit easy movements. Avoid loose bottom wear. Socks are optional. We have a changing room on site (No showers are available)

Food/Beverage

You can eat a light snack/fruit or any beverage at least 2 hours before the class. Avoid oily food before the workshop. We have filtered water at the studio. Please feel free to bring your own water bottle.

Reach MCC Towers and spot SAMA: The Calm Mind Studio`s signboard on the terrace

Take the stairs or elevator to the 3rd floor.

Walk up one more floor to reach the Studio.

Parking is available outside the building or in the lane next to the building.

Safety Note

Participants are advised to ensure that they don`t have any physical discomfort or ongoing medical issues before signing up for the workshop. The Studio and Instructor will ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the practice. The Studio is not responsible for recurrence or aggravation of any. prior medical conditions due to the practice.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the session will strictly commence on time. To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend planning your travel to the venue and checking in at least 15 minutes before the event starts.
