Sound & Surrender: A Donation-Based Sound Healing Journey

Join us for a heart-centered evening of deep rest, grounding, and immersive sound. Together, we’ll co-create a space of inner peace and community through sacred sound, gentle movement, and connection.
This is a free, donation-based community event — everyone is welcome, and no one is turned away.
We kindly invite your support to help sustain this offering.

Please give what you can — more if you feel called, less if needed.
Donations are gratefully accepted at the event — preferably in cash.
This helps us cover the space rental, instrument storage, and refreshments to keep this offering going.

What to expect:
• 30 minutes of gentle practices to ground the body and calm the mind
• 1 hour immersive sound bath with healing instruments and voice (Charlestin)
• Herbal tea & nourishing snacks to enjoy after
• A co-created space guided by experienced facilitators
Resting options:
There are 17 aerial hammocks and 17 yoga mats available.
Upon arrival, guests will draw a card or token to receive their spot — trust that you’ll land exactly where you’re meant to be.
What to bring:
• Your favorite cozy blanket and pillow
• Yoga mats will be provided
• Wear comfortable clothing

Charlestine brings shoothing, magical .soulful vocal healing to the space, weaving sound, intention, and presence into an unforgettable experience.
