About this Event
Between endless scrolling, AI overload, and a constant stream of information, it’s easy to lose our ability to think deeply - and even harder to stay connected to purposeful learning.
Join Muslim Women Connect for Anti Brain Rot, a thought-provoking workshop designed to help you fall back in love with learning, curiosity, and critical thinking - all through an Islamic lens.
Led by Saffana Monajed, communications strategist and founder of Whiteboard Copy Co., this session will explore how learning is both a duty and a joy - a spiritual act that grounds us in clarity and resilience amidst a fast-changing world.
Together, we’ll:
- Develop critical thinking skills to question information and recognise bias
- Explore frameworks for self-directed learning and building your own “personal curriculum”
- Reflect on how learning can strengthen faith, identity, and resilience
- Gain practical tools to process information, stay curious, and think for yourself
At a time when knowledge is hailed as the most vital skill for the years ahead, this is a conversation you can’t afford to miss.
