Join Sambo Champion Anthony Sansonetti at Oceanview Martial Arts for a 2 part seminar. Anthony will share with you some of the techniques and training methods he has learned over a lifetime in Martial Arts, as well as some high percentage moves that he has used over the last 2 decades in international level competition. This will be an informative, fast paced, and fun seminar where we will do our absolute best to ensure everyone comes away with learning something new. For the "Gi" portion we will cover throws, grips, and strategies in Sambo that easily translate to BJJ. The "No Gi" portion will cover throws and takedowns and plenty of leglocks, leg attacks, and entries. Other topics we will touch on are competition preparation, visualization, match strategy, as well as recovery and active rest.
