Our classes are taught my experienced birth and baby professionals Debbie Willis from @betterbirthandbaby and Helen Fortes from @natalnurturing and we focus on ensuring you have the tools to help you to make evidence-based decisions for you and your baby, for a positive birth experience and a calm start to life with a baby.
This is a full course that guides you through pregnancy, birth and beyond. Plus it includes hypnobirthing!
