Antelope Canyon Quilt ClassThe Antelope Canyon Quilt is a striking log cabin–style quilt that uses either pre-cut strips or cut yardage paired with a contrasting background. In this class, students will create bold, oversized blocks and learn techniques that help maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the piecing process. This project is ideal for quilters with a little experience who are ready to build confidence while working on a larger-scale quilt. The finished quilt measures 74" x 74".
In this class, students will learn how to:
Pin, sew, and press to keep large quilt blocks square
Stay organized when working with many fabric pieces
Use partial seams to assemble four large blocks around a center square
Improve accuracy and efficiency when working with strip-based design.
