Let your guard down, drop in a little deeper and relax into Another Human Forest - a guided, safe and contained experience by certified Human Forest Project facilitator Lu Alexandria and a support team, into nourishing conscious touch and connection.
This event is not sexually focussed, and instead we are focussing on awareness, nourishment, connection and depth. We are here to rejuvenate ourselves, explore deeper layers within and be filled and restored by receiving the loving touch that we need.
Receiving loving touch through containers such as The Human Forest can be deeply healing, transformative and life-changing. Practicing the art of touch; giving and receiving with mindfulness and awareness, can help us deepen and create more safety in many of our relationships.. with friends, families, partners and our community.
The Human Forest will go from 6.30 PM - 9.00 PM, held at Yellow Church Yoga at 9 Myokum St, Mullumbimby 2482.
