A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on a specific life goal. Literally, a vision board is any sort of board on which you display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life.Vision Boards hold a certain kind of Magic!
I have been making them for a few years now and the more I do them the more I believe in them!
Vision boards can work on many levels and ways:
* They help to set and prioritize your goals and intentions
* Having a visual of your goals helps keep you motivated and
focused
* Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises you can do. According to the popular book The Secret, “The law of attraction is forming your entire life experience and it is doing that through your thoughts. When you are visualizing, you are emitting a powerful frequency out into the Universe.” Almost like your "dialing" up your desires. Putting in an order as such.
*Vision Boards are a powerful tool in Manifesting your desired goals, intentions and dreams.
* Last but not least Vision Boards are a fun creative activity

We will start the workshop with a guided meditation helping to set our intention and the intention of our desires via both the subconscious (meditation) and the conscious (vision board).
We will also create an intention box and explore the power of setting regular intentions and the power they behold!

(if you have specific pictures you would like ie the exact house/car/holiday/visual etc your intending to manifest feel free to bring the according pics to add to your creation)
