Veterans and/or their spouses who reside in Manatee County are invited to attend one of the Veterans Services' annual meetings—taking place during the month of April—to update you on your VA benefits. Topics will include Compensation, Non-Service Connected Pension, Health Care, Burial and State Benefits. This is one of four identical meetings that will be held in Manatee County. The other dates, times and locations are as follows: Saturday, April 1, 9 to 11:30 AM, Rocky Bluff Branch Library, 6750 US Highway 301 North, Ellenton 34222; Wednesday, April 5, 1 to 3:30 PM, Braden River Branch Library, 4915 53rd Avenue East, Bradenton 34203; and Wednesday, April 19, 5 to 7:30 PM, South Branch Library, 6081 26th Street West, Bradenton 34207 (please see separate Facebook events). The meetings are free and will be facilitated by our Veterans Services Counselors. No registration required.
