Speaker Bio: Charday Oldcare

Charday Oldcare started out solid in the advertising and branding world.

She had amazing opportunities to create branding designs and campaigns for leading fortune 500 companies.

She shared her highly sought-after creativity and strategy skills and extensive experience spanning three years with companies like Coca-Cola, Sea World, and AMC Theatres.

But here’s the thing.

Despite having a sterling job profile, Charday was not fulfilled.

One thing that nagged her every time she stepped into work was the glaring seclusion that existed. The gender gap was wide, and inclusivity was missing. She did not see herself in the creative teams and campaigns she worked on.

It was the good ole boys club and this triggered her to break free.

And so, NueWay Studios was born.

In 2014, Charday launched her all-encompassing and visionary Advertising and Branding Agency. Finally, she was excited to bring to the branding space a value-based company that puts every client first.

Today, NueWay has grown to have a passionate and innovative team from every sphere of professionalism. After years of hard work, Charday was named Young Entrepreneur of the Year and Listed #4 out of 100 for business visionaries by the small business awards in 2019.

NueWay has and continues to have the privilege to provide excellent and imaginative solutions to a diverse range of companies with distinct needs, setting them apart from the competition and drawing them closer to their audience market.

NueWay Studios has recently been named one of The Fastest Growing Private Companies to watch by the Silicon Review and named one of the 2021 Top 20 leading companies of the year by Global Business Leaders Magazine.
