People wishing to sell games at this year's Used Board Game Sale may bring games to Titan Games Springfield on the check-in days. We will accept games between Monday, April 21st and Wednesday, April 23rd during regular store hours. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept early or late submissions. Sellers should fill out the online submission form listed above.
⚡ Games must be complete.
⚡ Games must be in fair condition or better. Titan Games staff may choose not to include damaged games or games in poor condition at their discretion. Titan Games staff may choose not to include items deemed not to be board games (books, miniatures, etc) in the sale.
⚡ Any "bundles" should be of related games, such as a core game plus 2 expansions of that game.
⚡ No grab bag or blind chance games (like a wrapped mystery game for $5) will be accepted.
⚡ Games with themes, titles, or art deemed to be offensive by Titan Games staff will not be included in the sale at their discretion. They will be returned to the seller along with other unsold games after the conclusion of the sale (see below for pickup timeframe).
⚡ An online submission form should be submitted to Titan Games no later than the time games are being dropped off at the store.
⚡ Sellers may choose any price for their games, except games that Titan Games currently has for sale on our shelves. For such games, the price can be no higher than 50% of suggested retail price (MSRP). Sellers may list a discounted price for Sunday. This year, we are not limiting this price to a specific discount.
⚡ Sellers will receive 90% of the pre-tax sale price of any games sold as store credit. Store credit for sold games will be issued to sellers the Monday after the conclusion of the sale: Monday, April 28th.
⚡ Sellers must pick up unsold games no later than Wednesday, April 30th. Titan Games will make every attempt to contact sellers about games left at the store, but if contact is unable to be made in a timely fashion, the games left at the store will be donated or disposed of at the discretion of Titan Games staff.
