The 2026 Legislative Session begins January 13th, but in Tallahassee, the legislative atmosphere is already charged with anticipation and urgency. Please join your friends and colleagues from the Suncoast Chapter of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (FRLA) as we approach what promises to be another high-stakes legislative season. It ends on Friday the 13th of March…that should tell you how this year’s session should roll!
The pressing nature of the issues at hand, particularly the spotlight on Immigration that resonates both at the State and Federal levels, alongside a myriad of local concerns like property taxes and Tourist Development Tax just to name two.
