--Wild Mushroom and Truffle Oil Pizza from NorthWest Pizza: 72-hour cold fermented dough, marinara sauce, seasonal wild mushrooms, prosciutto, onions, peppers, truffle-infused ricotta and oil to finish (-20)
--Crab Bisque from NorthWest Burgers: house-made creamy and buttery with fresh local crab (-6 cup / -10 bowl)
--Tonalli Latin Kitchen will be featuring their Pork Belly Tacos

Under the Big Top Tent: We wouldn’t be able to pull this much entertainment off without our incredible tent! It’s warm, it’s fully-enclosed and the stage will be hoppin’ with feel-good music and entertainment throughout the event, including:
--Wednesday, January 8: Watch Party Wednesday Kick-Off Event featuring Survivor Season 16, Episodes 1 and 2, 7:30pm
--Thursday, January 9: Live on the Lawn, El Borko! Surf (surf rock), 6:30pm
--Friday, January 10: Live on the Lawn, Men from S.U.R.F. (surf rock), 7pm
--Saturday, January 11: Live on the Lawn with The Ganja Marines (reggae), 7pm
--Sunday, January 12: Paint N Sip with Sierra, 12-2pm (pre-registration required) / Samplings with Mahalo Cider / Live on the Lawn with Rootdown (reggae), 3:30pm / Open Mic with Blue Barn Sound, 5:30pm
