It’s almost time for Londonderry Village’s Annual Summer BBQ Bash to be held Saturday, June 22, 2024!This event is open to the public and features a variety of fun for people of all ages!
This year we are offering BBQ Chicken and Pulled BBQ Pork dinners by Hresko’s Bar-B-Q Pit of Lebanon.
Dinners are $15 each.
Dinners available for dine- in, carry out or drive-thru pick up.
BBQ Chicken dinner includes: ½ chicken (Bell& Evans), baked potato, applesauce, roll, cookie & bottled water.
BBQ Pulled Pork dinner includes: Pulled Pork (8 oz. portion) baked potato, coleslaw, roll, cookie & bottled water.
Pre-order BBQ Dinner tickets by clicking on the “ticket icon” link or by calling 717-838-5406 ext. 3052.
All pre-sold tickets will be mailed to the purchaser. Pre-order deadline is June 14, 2024.
After June 14 BBQ Dinner tickets can be purchased at the event with cash or check.
On the day of the event, Saturday, June 22, Dine In/Carry Out dinners can be picked up near our Stoneback Pavilion.
Desserts such as assorted flavors of whoopie pies, shoofly pie, beverages and other treats will also be available for purchase the day of the event (cash only) at our Stoneback Pavilion.
Drive Thru dinners can be picked up at the event drive thru lanes located at our main entrance, 1200 Grubb Road, Palmyra PA.
Our Drive-Thru will have two lanes for traffic this year: one for those with pre-purchased dinner tickets & one for those purchasing tickets at the event.
Please note: only dinners will be available for pick up via the drive thru lanes. Guests interested in purchasing additional desserts will need to park and come to the Stoneback Pavilion to make those purchases.
