We are delighted to invite you to join us at the Sheraton Laval Hotel for SPEAQ's 2025 Annual Convention on Friday, November 14 and Saturday, November 15. The convention is a great opportunity to come together, collaborate, network, learn, and be inspired by the incredible members of SPEAQ and the ESL community.This year's convention theme is *Inspiring Minds. *If you've ever considered offering a presentation at our Annual Convention, now is the time! Submit the Call for Proposals [online form](https://forms.gle/3t3E8WK93E6fNwhUA) no later than September 25th. We look forward to receiving your submissions.
Special group rates have been negotiated with Sheraton Laval Hotel. The reduced rate of $202 per night (plus taxes) is valid until October 13, and based on availability. Rooms are limited so book early and save!
Our 53rd Annual Convention with begin with our Friday morning keynote speaker [John Spencer](https://spencereducation.com/)[,] followed by a full day of workshops for all levels and interests.
The Exhibit Hall will be open to participants on Friday only from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Come meet our wonderful partners, collaborators and publishers. Discover a multitude of services, resources, and educational material being offered, all while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea and a light snack!
Saturday morning begins with SPEAQ's Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors invite you to join them for their AGM at 7:30 AM, all while enjoying a continental breakfast. The day continues with workshops for all levels and interests.
