Come join the Lancaster Region of the Order of Malta for their annual Sanctity of Life mass. Bishop Senior will be the principal presider and Fr. Tim Sahd, pastor of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church in Middletown will be the homilist. There will be a free will offering benefiting A Woman’s Concern.
Fr. Tim Sahd is pastor of Seven Sorrows of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in Middletown, PA. He is a native of Columbia, PA, and graduated from Lancaster Catholic High School and St. Bonaventure University. After college, Fr. Sahd worked in Washington, DC, as a political analyst and journalist, and then moved back to work in his family's metal recycling business in Columbia, before hearing the call to enter the seminary in 2012. He was ordained to the Priesthood of Jesus Christ by Bishop Ronald Gainer in 2018, and was assigned to Saint Joseph Catholic Church in Mechanicsburg as a parochial vicar, as well as made chaplain at Trinity High School in Camp Hill. He became pastor of Seven Sorrows in 2021.
