The Rules and Judging Criteria are shown below:
1. Entries must be made from scratch by participant
2. Regular pepperoni must be part of the recipe
3. Make enough to share after judging (12 - 15 pepperoni rolls per entry)
4. Overall Winner agrees to make one dozen pepperoni rolls for our 2026 Shrimp Boil Shindig fundraiser
5. Your entire presentation must fit in a 3' x 3' x 3' cubic space. (The Karin Rule!)
Contest Categories and Awards:
1. Best Traditional Pepperoni Rolls (recipe only includes pepperoni and homemade dough - no cheese or other stuffing ingredients) Judging criteria will be based on flavor, texture and appearance)
2. Best Presentation
3. Overall Winner (see the judging criteria below) this category includes all recipes - traditional and other stuffing ingredients like cheese)
