1pm leaves plenty of time to rally no matter how much fun you have the night before! We are heading to the James River Park System again this year for a short, flat hike.
Park at Ancarrow’s Landing. We will walk out part of the Historic Slave Trail footpath to the James River Bridge, then return on the Ancarrow’s Landing trail to the parking lot. Option to not turn back at the bridge and do the whole Slave Trail to Lumpkin’s Jail and back, or to continue on past the parking lot when we return and do the whole Ancarrow’s Loop.
