The annual meeting is our biggest party and all are welcome to attend the meeting and a game. Please sign up for the event at the club AND register for the game on our online registration system. If you need help signing up, please call the club and leave a voicemail and we will sign you up. Space is limited to about 35 tables of players (140 players), so sign up early! The meeting will begin at 12:00 noon, followed by lunch. Play will start after we clean up from lunch (around 1:00 pm). The games will last about 3 hours.
We will run both an Open game and a 0-750 Limited-Point Non-Life-Master game, with Peter Marcus directing.
Space is limited, so please sign up early. If you don’t make the cut or can’t join us in person, the meeting portion of the event will be video streamed via Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent out a day before and the day of the meeting. The meeting also will be video recorded so if you miss the live meeting, you can still catch up on the state of the club via streaming video once it is posted.
The table fee for the event is $15.00. If you wish to bring a special dessert or treat to share, please let one of the directors know so we can adjust our dessert purchases accordingly (your homemade treats are wildly popular).
