5:00pm - doors open, check in, time for sharing stories of the year
6:00pm - buffet dinner
6:45pm - Annual Meeting (Election of officers for 2024, treasurer and membership reports)
7:00pm - 2025 Competition Season Awards (Track / Road Race / Solo), Region awards
9:00pm - doors close
Registration for the banquet will open November 6, 2025 and will close January 12, 2026.
