Join us for our biggest creek cleanup of the year! We'll be cleaning up trash along Deckers Creek on Saturday, April 5th from 9:00am to 12:00pm as part of the annual WV Make It Shine Statewide Spring Cleanup. Meet us at the Outdoor Learning Park for supplies, directions, and safety tips. Volunteers can choose to pick up trash along the Deckers Creek Rail Trail, explore the stream banks, or pick up trash out of the creek. Wear closed-toe shoes and dress for the weather. Bring water and sun protection. Waterproof boots, waders, and/or a change of clothes are recommended if you plan to get wet. Learn more and register at deckerscreek.org/volunteer.
