Just a reminder for members and care partners that our annual lunch is on this Sunday January 25th from 12.30 to 5 in Clayton Silversprings. It should be a lovely occasion as always with four course lunch, choir lead singalong, Dance for Parkinson’s sample exercises lead by Marisa, Irish dancing with some fabulous musicians, information leaflets, slide shows of activities and most importantly a chance to chat, support each other and share information.
