The Gilead Fitness 2025 Annual Lift A Thon will have a new open format! The Main Event will still be held on Saturday @ 10am. But you will have the chance to come in during the week if the Saturday day/time does not work with your schedule. Or if you want to participate with less people around.
Staff will be on duty and you will be able to lift during the week of March 3rd-March 8th:
Monday the 3rd 4p-6p
Tuesday the 4th 7p-9p
Wednesday the 5th 4p-6p
Thursday the 6th 6a-8a
Friday the 7th 2p-4p
Come in and lift during any of the scheduled times to have your lifts recorded and be eligible for prizes. All lifts will be filmed and have movement standards to qualify for prizes.
