Professor Juan Pablo Garcia has designed a 90-minute class focused on foundational concepts and high-level application.

- A break down of signature techniques that have defined success this year for many of our EDJ competitors. You'll receive focused, step-by-step instruction.
- Specific Training:
- Apply the learned techniques immediately through high-intensity, position-specific drilling and training, ensuring instant retention.
- Full Sparring Session:
- A high-energy, timed sparring rotation where you can test your techniques against all belt levels in the academy.
