WELCOME TO THE ANNUAL INTERCOLLEGIATE AIKIDO CLUB SEMINAR SERIES.Hosted by Brown University - RISD Aikido Club,
Please join us for a day of Aikido. This family friendly event is open to all.
Participate in as many classes as you like. All Styles and levels of skill welcome.
Please, bring your Aikido passport, bokken and jo.

09:30 am – 10:00 am Registration
10:00 am – 11:00 am Keiko # 1
11:00 am – 11:15 am Water break
11:15 am – 12:15 pm Keiko # 2
12:15 pm – 02:20 pm LUNCH break*
02:20 pm – 03:20 pm Keiko # 3
03:20 pm – 03:35 pm Water break
03:35 pm – 04:35 pm Keiko # 4
04:35 pm – 05:00 pm Souji (cleaning)
06:00 pm – 08:00 pm DINNER**
* LUNCH PROVIDED. BRING A DESSERT TO SHARE.

The purpose of Brown University - RISD Aikido Club is to provide to all its members a medium to:
1. Have fun learning a world renowned non-combative and non-aggressive martial art.
2. Learn self-defense skills and conditioning in a safe and harmonious environment.
3. Enhance your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being for a balanced healthier
lifestyle.
4. Learn valuable protective and defensive falling skills for improved safety.
5. Reduce your tension and stress.
6. Give yourself a new aura of well-being.
