Fort Laramie's largest event of the year! We invite you to join us in celebrating America's Independence at one of Wyoming's oldest settlements. There will be children's activities and races in the morning, a 21-gun salute at noon, and 1870s baseball in the afternoon. There will also be living history, music performances, and other activities throughout the day. This event is free to the public. We encourage visitors to bring a lawn chair or a blanket to sit on. Be sure to pack sunscreen, water, and snacks. No food will be available for purchase at event. Vintage sodas will be available for sale at the enlisted men's bar.
