The museum store is offering a 10% discount on non-consignment items and a 20% discount for members. Museum members also receive early access at the Shop & Sip preview on Monday, November 24, from 4 to 6 pm.
Museum visitors can browse and purchase gifts that celebrate the Lowcountry, including artwork, jewelry, books, ornaments, games, and Gullah sweetgrass baskets. There’s also a selection of sweet and savory products from Marsh Hen Mill, Lowcountry Produce, Charleston Tea Garden, and “We Island” Gumbo.
For a unique gift that supports the museum’s conservation efforts, shoppers can adopt a sea turtle nest, which includes a certificate of adoption and other items depending on the adoption level.
The outdoor Hilton Head Farmers Market at Honey Horn takes place every Tuesday, year-round, from 9 am – 1 pm. On November 25, vendors will add to the holiday spirit with seasonal produce, fresh seafood, baked goods, locally roasted coffee, art, natural pet treats and a variety of handcrafted products.
“Our holiday museum store sale and Farmers Market is an opportunity for people to shop locally, meet artists and vendors, and support the museum as we celebrate our 40th year,” said Jennifer Stupica, Director of Finance and Administration at the Coastal Discovery Museum.
