The sweetest run of the year! A group run or bike ride or walk at the lake followed by an old-fashioned holiday cookie swap and get-together. It's fun, and a great way to get over the post-Dallas Marathon blues!Bring a batch of your favorite holiday cookies, and some kind of container to take home samples of everyone else’s cookies. Please share this invite with your running friends – the more runners, the more cookies to sample. We’ll bring some White Rock CC Lady of the Lake blend coffee, chocolate milk, eggnog, cups, tables, etc. Feel free to bring whatever else you might like to share.
And, please bring your gently-worn retired running shoes, and we will get those over to The Shoe Guy and The Shoe Gal who will get them on some needy feet before the weekend is over.
Running/cycling/walking starts at 7.
Let’s start the cookie swap at about 8:30 or so.
