Start off 2024 with a sense of calm, ease and freedom at our annual Reinvigorating Retreat! We’re very excited to offer an amazing day for relaxation of the mind, body and spirit (yoga classes included in the day are open to all levels).Our offerings this year will include:
12:00 - 12:15pm Welcome
12:15 - 1:00pm Ecstatic Movement and Breathwork with Katie Beene
1:00pm - 2:00pm Intention setting and Accessing your Authentic Voice with Analiese DeAbreu
2:00 - 3:00pm Lunch and Social Break
3:00 - 4:00pm Gentle Yoga with Katie Beene
4:00 - 5:00pm Sound Bath with Paige Szymaniak

Your cost for the retreat also includes lunch to enjoy during a midafternoon social break.
This special event is OPEN to the public, if you're not a member - we welcome you to join. Space is LIMITED, so reserve your spot today! Feel free to invite friends and family.
NOTE: We will have some bottled waters available for the day, but please bring your own water bottle as well. Please also come dressed and ready for yoga class. If you don't have a mat, Lotus Pond has some available for use.
