Bigger Prizes!! CASH Prizes!!The Trick or Treat Parade thru the Market will start at 12pm sharp and immediately after the parade we will start the judging for the Costume Contest. Everyone is asked to line up in the appropriate age category: 0-3 years, 4-6 years, 7-10 years, or Family Group.
Each group will have a winner and a runner up. There will be one Grand Prize Winner for the contest.
1ST PLACES & GRAND PRIZE WILL BE IN CASH THIS YEAR!
