About this Event
Guidelines:
• The count involves taking one photo of each species during this night dive.
• Each diver should send in one photo for each species of sea slug or nudibranch they encounter on this dive and submit to https://biocollect.ala.org.au/acsa/project/index/197f0afa-b1e0-415a-b95d-682b710795b3 . If you think you may have captured two species that look very similar, send in photos of both individuals. Our team of experts will ID all species. If you are uncertain of the species, please select "uncertain".
• You don’t need to identify the sea slugs, just take their photos!
• Sea slug is defined as any headshield slug, sapsucking slug, seahare, sidegill slug and nudibranch. If unsure send photo anyway.
• Ocean Connect Waiver Form to be completed and returned before commencement of the dive.
- Your registration also includes an invitation to the information night on the evening of the 8th of October
A ll participants who will submit an image from the dive are in the running for prizes and tank hire/fills are sponsored. All other equipment is at your own cost.
