We invite all Gympie Chamber of Commerce members to our Annual General Meeting and Christmas Drinks.
Part of the AGM formalities will be the election of the Board members for the next 12 months. If you wish to be nominated, or nominate another member, please contact us at [email protected] for the Nomination form. Completed nominations forms must be emailed back to [email protected] no later than 5.15pm on Wednesday 20 November 2024.
Should you not be able to attend the AGM and wish to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf, please contact us for an Apology & Proxy form which can be emailed to the Secretary at the above email address or brought to the meeting by your proxy.
In addition to the AGM we extend this invitation for you to stay after the meeting and join us for Christmas Drinks.
Come and catch up with your fellow members, socialise and celebrate the achievements of 2024.
Finger food will be served immediately following the AGM and drinks will be available to purchase from the bar.
There is no cost for this event, but we ask that you register for catering purposes. Nomination form and further information will be sent separately to all financial members on Monday 11 November 2024.
