As reported in the Autumn 2023 edition, Rosehill is changing its financial year effective from 1st April 2024. To facilitate this change our current financial year (which commenced on 1st October 2022) has been extended by 6 months, ending on 31st March 2024.
This change affects when we hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM). We are required to hold our AGM within 6 months of the financial year ending. Normally this has meant it has been held in March. However, from this year onwards it will be held in August or September.
We have now set the date for this year’s AGM which is Tuesday 17th September 2024 at 6:30 pm. It is still being held in the usual venue – The Hall at Peat Road.
You will receive formal notice of the meeting nearer the time.
