The Annual General Meeting is upon us! What do you want from UNE OAC?This is where you can learn about the outcomes of the past year, discuss and vote on agenda items, and the committee members are elected for the next 12 months. There will be a general meeting directly following this meeting chaired by the committee elected at the AGM.
? There will be food served for those who attend.
WHY: An opportunity to have your say in the direction of the club. All members of UNE OAC are eligible to vote on agenda items at the AGM. This is also an opportunity to join the committee and have an impact on the events and organisation of the club.
WHEN: Monday, 26 March, 6:00pm - 7.30pm
WHO: Any UNE OAC club members are eligible to submit agenda items, attend, and vote at the AGM.
COST: Free.
HOW: Email any items you would like to add to the agenda to [email protected] and address it to the secretary. Show up on the night at the Climbing Wall - it will be hosted in the upstairs seating area.
