Business of the AGM will include:
• Minutes of the previous AGM
• Chairperson’s Report
• Treasurer’s Financial Report
• Election / re-election of Directors
• Any other business properly brought before the meeting
All members are encouraged to attend and participate.
If you wish to propose any motions for consideration at the AGM, please submit them in writing to the Company Secretary in advance of the meeting.
