We wish to invite all of the Midhurst Player membership to our next Annual General Meeting and Social Event which shall be held on Monday 2nd December at the Old Library from 7pm for 7:30pm start. This meeting will determine the future of the Midhurst Players and we in the committee feel you must all have the opportunity to have your say in this important matter.We still do not have a Chairman or a full committee so this meeting will determine if we are able to continue our efforts into the new year, including some of the membership joining the committee and appointing a Chairman, however the alternative would be placing the Midhurst Players on hold for the foreseeable future. There will be festive refreshments such as mulled wine and mince pies as we enter the festive season, and after the AGM we will be happy to socialise for the rest of the evening so please do join us.
If you wouldn't mind RSVPing to this post or message us directly as soon as possible, preferably by 18th November, then we can get an idea of numbers for the AGM. If you cannot attend the AGM but wish for your voice to be heard please comment below or message us directly with any comments you wish to make for the meeting and these will be raised.
We do appreciate all the support, and we hope to see you at the AGM on Monday 2nd December.
