The Annual General Meeting for the Chilterns Neuro Centre will take place at 11am on Saturday 18 May at the Centre.In order to give us an idea of numbers, we would appreciate it if members could register in advance although this is by no means mandatory. If you do not register in advance you are still more than welcome to join us.
If you prefer, you can join the AGM by Zoom and still be counted towards the quorum (the legal number of people we must have in attendance to make the AGM valid) and you with also have full voting rights.
If you are not able to attend in person or online, you can still vote by using a proxy.
