The business of the meeting will be:
1. Presentation of Annual Report
To receive the financial statements of the Society for the most recently completed accounting period.
2. Appointment of Auditors
To advise on the appointment of a qualified auditor for the Financial Statements for the year ending 31 March 2022.
3. Election of Board Members
4. Notice of membership fees
5. General Business
