To All Club Members,The 2021/22 AGM will be held at 19.30 on a new date of Thursday 15th JULY 2021, at Milton Keynes RUFC, Emerson Valley.
Please note: only fully affiliated MKRUFC members are invited and allowed to vote on matters arising.
Subject to Article 22 of the Constitution all nominations for any person as a member of the Executive Committee or to be an Elective Member must be signed by two Voting Members and given to the Club Secretary, Linda Cato (email: [email protected]) by Wednesday 7th July 2021 details of which will be posted on the official notice board.

General Committee are Appointed positions
If there are the same number of candidates as there are vacancies for a post, those candidates shall be declared elected unopposed at the AGM. In the event of there being more nominations than vacancies, there shall be an election at the AGM.
The results of any such election will be announced at the AGM by the Executive Committee.
