DEAR MEMBERS AND FRIENDS,

Welcome to the Annual General Meeting of the LPS organization!

This special gathering will provide an opportunity to review the achievements of the past year, elect a new Board, and engage in discussions about the future of the LPS organization. Let’s come together to share ideas and create exciting new plans!

We warmly invite you to join and actively participate in the LPS organization if you are passionate about:
• Building a personal network with active and talented Lithuanians in Stockholm
• Advancing your professional career in Sweden through meaningful events and sharing best practices
• Advising Lithuanian business representatives seeking to expand into Sweden

Being part of the LPS organization and its Board opens doors to meaningful connections with professionals and entrepreneurs. It offers opportunities to exchange ideas, contribute to exciting projects, meet local and global contacts, expand your network, find inspiration, and truly make a difference.

We strongly encourage you to actively participate in the meeting by casting your vote for the new Board, Chairperson, and other key actions of the LPS. Additionally, we warmly invite you to share your suggestions for potential candidates and even consider nominating yourself for an active role in running the LPS organization.

Please note: Candidates for the LPS Board must hold valid and paid LPS membership for 2024. Voting rights are reserved for LPS Club members with paid memberships for 2024.

Registration: Please register by 8:00 pm (CET) on 28th November.
Location: Estniska Huset, 2nd floor, Wallingatan 34, 111 24 Stockholm.

Online Participation: For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will be available via the Zoom platform. Connection details will be emailed the night before.

Snacks, coffee, and wine will be provided during the meeting (sponsored by the LPS organization).

• Election of the Meeting Chairperson, Secretary, and Voting Commission
• LPS Club’s Annual Report, Financial Report, and Financial Audit Reports for 2024
• Election of the new LPS Club President and Board
• Discussion on the Club’s activities and budget
• Discussion of proposals submitted by LPS Club members
