Hi members!GTL will be hosting our Annual General Meeting for 2024 on Saturday, the 13th of July, at 10pm.
The meeting will be held in person at the toy library, however, for those unable to attend in person, there will be a live stream available so you can tune in remotely. A link and the AGM agenda will be emailed out closer to the date.
As per the constitution, if you are unable to attend you must let us know in writing. You can also give your voting rights to someone else to vote on your behalf - just email us to let us know who you are assigning as your representative.
Most importantly, this year we bid farewell to three long-standing committee members. All positions will be declared open at the meeting, but three office bearer roles currently have no tentative nominations. Therefore, we encourage our members to consider nominating themselves to join our awesome committee to ensure our beloved toy library remains open.
