All financial members of Montrose Cricket Club Inc. are invited to attend the Club’s Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 19th June 2024 held at the Montrose Clubrooms commencing at 7:00pm.ALL POSITIONS BELOW WILL BE DECLARED VACANT DURING THE
MEETING.
Positions to be filled at the Annual General Meeting:
President
Vice President/s
Secretary
Treasurer
Junior Coordinator
General Committee Members
Members who wish to nominate for a position, or would like to nominate another member for a particular position, are required to be present at the meeting or complete and nomination form and return it to the Secretary, Russ Dunning, no later than 9th June 2024

Life Member Nomination
Any members would like to nominate a person for life membership must do so to the Secretary, Russ Dunning, no later than 9th June 2024 via email [email protected]
The nomination/s, if any, will then be considered by the Executive Committee and the recommendation, if any, shall be made at the Annual General Meeting.
NOTE: to vote members must be fully financial and at least 18 years of age, as of 19th June 2024
