Pindarie’s new releases, oldest, rarest, and finest wines are on your table to be enjoyed over lunch.Be welcomed into the 1860s heritage Grain Room with a palate-cleansing glass of Sparkling Rosé, the perfect aperitif, followed by a guided food & wine pairing of some of the world’s finest charcuterie, hosted by special guest Ronnie from Secco Fine Foods.
Chef Josh De Haas and his team from Chopping Board Catering will be serving your all-inclusive and all-indulgent long lunch. Seasonally selected and prepared on site, deliciously matched to your favourite Pindarie wines.
The day also celebrates the release of our new Black Hinge wine, and this year’s release is very special. After years in the making, our gold label 2021 Black Hinge Reserve Shiraz Cabernet is ready for your glass. This wine is the finest selection of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate. You can also expect to taste some rare museum wines from the cellar.
